What if I put in the wrong email address or phone number?
The email address or phone number can be updated until the card is redeemed. After that Continental Comfort cannot cancel or re-fund your order, and the balance cannot be transferred.
How fast will an email or text message of the gift card be delivered?
E-Gift Cards sent by sms are normally delivered within 5 minutes. In rare circumstances your delivery may be delayed & that sent by email deliver after 12 AM of the selected day.
How are E-gift cards redeemed?
recipients can copy their claim code and paste it into the text field on the gift card page at their own account settings menu, also they can use the code directly at checkout page at gift card code field.
Can the E-gift card be used on another website or through Comfort branches?
No, E-Gift Cards are available for online purchases through continental-comfort.com only.
