The Win/Win points programme is designed to thank you for choosing us, and to share the success you helped build.

Points are credit that comes back to you, and you settle the value of your next purchases with them exactly as you would with cash. They are used to buy Continental Comfort products online.

1How you earn points

Win/Win points are added to your account automatically once they are due.

When you register for the first time

2,500 points as soon as you create your account.

2,500 points = 250 EGP

With every purchase

10 points for every 100 EGP of your purchases.

100 EGP = 10 points

When you invite a friend to the site

2,500 points when the friend you referred places their first order on the site.

2,500 points = 250 EGP

When you review a product

500 points for every review approved for publication.

500 points = 50 EGP

When you complete a survey

1,000 points for every survey you complete.

1,000 points = 100 EGP

From cashback offers

Some products carry a cashback offer, and its value is added to your account as points. Each product page shows the value of the offer and how long it runs.

Points are deducted on the checkout page, before payment.

Choose your products and add them to the cart

The points you will earn from the order appear on the cart page.

Redeem your points at checkout

On the checkout page, choose to redeem your reward points under the payment options.

Complete the order at the reduced total

The value of your points is deducted from the order total directly.

Redeemed without conditions. Your points are deducted from any product you choose, including reduced products and products under a promotion, without losing any of the discount value. The only exception is the first registration points, which carry a condition set out in the programme rules.

3Programme rules

The approved rules

They apply to all points earned through the Win/Win programme

When you buy from the site

You receive 100 points for every 1,000 EGP of net purchases (after discount and before tax). Fractions do not earn points. The points you will earn from the order appear on the cart page, and under or beside each product price.

Point value

Every 10 points equal 1 EGP when redeemed.

Validity

One year from the date the points fall due. Each batch of points has its own due date.

Registration points

The first registration points are redeemed on an order whose value exceeds 1,000 EGP.

Referral points

Referral points are counted if the value of your friend's first order reaches 1,000 EGP.

Where they are used

Used for purchases from the site. They are not paid out in cash and are not transferred to another account.

On returns

The points used on the order return to your account, and their value is not refunded in cash, since they were points credit from the start.

Tracking your balance

Your points balance is sent to your registered email address, and you can view it under: My account › Win/Win points programme.

Please note. Points are a personal benefit of the account holder, and the company may review any balance arising from improper use of the programme.
