Order Acceptance & Pricing

The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. You may be required to provide additional verification, such as a phone number or address, before your order is processed. To prevent fraud, the Site may verify your payment details before confirming your order, which may include identity, address, or banking information verification. If no response is received within **two (2) days**, the order will be automatically canceled.

While we strive to provide accurate pricing, errors may occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order, even if it has been confirmed and charged. In such cases, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

Intellectual Property Rights

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the **Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA)** rules. The arbitrator shall be legally trained, experienced in information technology, and independent of both parties. The arbitration shall take place in **Cairo**, and the decision shall be final and binding.

Special Cases

• Orders are subject to availability at the time of shipping and are the responsibility of the seller.
• For high-value orders, a **down payment** may be required.
• If a customer requests a refund for a cash-on-delivery order, they will receive a **cash refund within 10 days**. If they remain unreachable beyond 10 days, the refund will be issued as a **voucher** instead.
• Each customer is allowed **only one account** on the Site.
• Abuse of vouchers, multiple account creation, or fraudulent activities will result in account blacklisting.
• Customers returning products for **non-technical reasons** must cover the return shipping fees.
