General Products
6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Mattresses
3-year warranty when used properly and in accordance with the provided care instructions.
Beds and Headboards
1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Exclusions

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow care instructions, including but not limited to:
- improper folding or bending of the mattress;
- exposure to liquids or moisture;
- improper storage conditions;
- use of unsuitable cleaning materials.

Product Tolerance & Quality Standards

At Continental Comfort, we are committed to meeting international specifications and quality standards across all our products.
Please note that tolerance margins vary according to the nature of each product:
- Bedding & linen dimensions: up to 5%
- Shrinkage: 2–5%
- Weight: up to 5%
- Mattress dimensions: up to 2%
These are globally accepted margins in the furnishings and textiles industry — and do not affect quality or use.
